Applications Delivery Head HCLTech

We are looking for a seasoned and pragmatic delivery Professional to lead a high-impact technology delivery unit or practice with full P&L accountability. This leadership role demands hands-on oversight of complex, multi-location delivery programs spanning AI/ML, Application Development & Modernization (ADM), and platform engineering.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT delivery and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams and large-scale initiatives, delivering complex programs.

* Demonstrated success in owning and managing P&L for a practice or business unit with revenues exceeding $50M.

* Strong expertise in leading agile-at-scale

* Proven capability in managing delivery under tight SLAs, regulatory constraints, and global delivery models.

* Excellent stakeholder management, with strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.

* Experience delivering solutions to clients in BFSI, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Telecom sectors.
