Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Large Language Model (LLM) Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced language models. This role involves architecting large-scale neural networks capable of processing and generating natural language with a high degree of accuracy and fluency. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with deep technical knowledge in AI, NLP, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design robust, scalable large language models.
Define neural network parameters and oversee training on large volumes of unlabeled text data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and product management.
Monitor and evaluate LLM performance and implement improvements.
Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure best practices in model development and deployment.
Lead discussions and decision-making on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions across technical teams.
Own the design decisions and technical outcomes across multiple teams/projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

Strong expertise in Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, etc.)
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
In-depth understanding of neural network architectures and NLP techniques
Experience with model training on large-scale datasets
Strong skills in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, pandas, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience with model evaluation metrics (e.g., perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE)
Good to Have:

Knowledge of reinforcement learning, fine-tuning, and transfer learning
Experience deploying models in production (e.g., via APIs, microservices)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
