Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and refine resources for early childhood development.
– Handle parenting queries and support around programs in the tickets
– Handle community of UpTodd
– Collaborate with product team for product enhancements
Qualifications:
– Masters in Psychology or Zoology or Biomedical (or in any other relevant domain)
– Strong communication skills(English and Hindi)
– Candidates from the Delhi NCR region are preferred.
