Customer Support Executive Macmillan Publishers India Pvt Ltd.
Excellent English communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel is required
Ability to learn and use new systems.
Ability to deal with challenging problems and proactively identifying additional customer support opportunities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential
Ability to independently organize, execute, manage and track all assigned tasks
Should have knowledge about Order Management and Order fulfilment domain
Should be able to work on day to day emails, Should be ok for B2B client calls.
Customer Service experience and/or sensibility desirable.
Shift would be US timings – 07 PM to 04 AM
