Location: Lucknow
Working Day: Mon- Sat (6 days) work from office
Hiring Mode: Contract Retainer (CR)
Relevant Experience: 1- 5 yrs
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner – Max 30 days

JD for District Support Staff-Techbee Sourcing

Calling up the candidates from the database and Counselling of candidates and parents.
Ensuring proper counselling is done to the candidates and their parents.
Updating database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc.
Calling up the candidates and scheduling the assessments and interviews.
Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release and to bank for loan process.
Visiting Schools/Education institutions for conducting counselling sessions/Webinar and assessments.
Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders.
Co-ordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same.
Submission of reports of called candidates on time.
Ensure all data are captured in the system that is being used.
Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
Co-ordination with banks and partnered financial institutions for candidates loan process at District level.

Standard Information

Work from Office, 6 working days in a week
On Field visit to cluster region DSS – 2-3 days in a week
Minimum Qualification – Graduation completed.
