Salesforce Business Analyst
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the business requirements of our organization and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that Salesforce is optimized to meet the needs of the business.

Job Location: Pune/Faridabad/Noida
Work from office (Mon Fri)

Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce solutions.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable functional specifications.
Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of system changes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
Gap Analysis: Conduct analyses to assess the impact of system changes and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
Best Practices Adherence: Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices.
End-User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users to optimize their use of Salesforce.
Innovation & Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce platform and drive innovation within the clients organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience is required in Salesforce BA role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other systems.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional: Other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus
