Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expertise on SAP Basis administration, including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Manage NetWeaver environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Configure and manage HANA databases for optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP systems.
Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, including upgrades (e.g., ECC 6.0 to ECC 7.5), patching (e.g., PS72), and performance tuning techniques.
Experience with NetWeaver implementation, configuration, and maintenance; ability to troubleshoot common issues.
Proficiency in configuring HANA databases for various industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
