Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving procedures.

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the engineering or development team as required.

Assist with installation, configuration, and product usage guidance.

Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and industry trends.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.

Cross/up-selling, customer referrals, lead tracking, and TSS completion.
