Customer Care Executive Teleperformance (TP)

Greetings Kolkata! Teleperformance is hiring for domestic voice process.

Role & responsibilities:

Resolving customer’s issue via calls.
Working in a team
Meeting the basic scores & compliance.
Maintaining the basic work hygiene
Should be polite & Co-operatable

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Available for 24×7 shift and 9.5 work hours (8.5 net production and 1 hour break)
Ok with voice process
No leave requirement in upcoming 3 months
