What you’ll do
TeleCalling – Inside Sales – Cold Calling – US Market (Shift Timings- 3 pm to 12 am)


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in outbound lead generation, currently associated with a Tele Calling firm/ BPO. The ideal candidate will be an expert in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach in offshore markets, with a solid understanding of the cloud ecosystem/ IT services. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads and collaborating closely with sales leads to facilitate deal closures.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads using BANT criteria

2. Pitching B2B cloud offerings to decision-makers

3. Build and maintain a Sales Qualified Lead pipeline

4. Bridge prospects with our sales leads and support closure efforts

5. Update and manage activities via CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)


Requirements:

1. Graduate with 4+ years in international inside sales (Tech services) working with a Tele calling firm

2. Strong prospecting skills with CXO-level stakeholders

3. Excellent communication across phone, email & LinkedIn

4. Basic understanding of cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps

5. Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Discover.org

6. CRM experience a big plus: HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce
