What you’ll do
Job Summary:

The Team Manager Admissions and Outreach will lead and manage the admissions and outreach team to drive student recruitment efforts and community engagement initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to increase enrollment, enhance outreach programs, and build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and outreach team to achieve recruitment targets and departmental goals.
Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage prospective students and communities.
Coordinate and oversee admissions processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote programs and opportunities.
Analyze enrollment data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Plan and manage outreach events, workshops, webinars, and campus visits.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to admissions and outreach.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in admissions, outreach, or student recruitment management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
