Business development Manager

POSITION: Business Development Manager (BDM)- Remote

We are looking for a resilient and empathetic Business Development Manager to join our team and help grow our company. You will play a key role in finding and retaining clients, introducing new products or services to existing clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training staff to improve their skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and eager to attend networking events to attract and keep clients. Ultimately, you will be key in making sure our products and services always exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

Understand all the products and services our company offers.
Identify and secure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and LinkedIn.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
Suggest upgrades or additional services that may interest clients.
Prepare business proposals and contracts to drive more revenue.
Negotiate deals to offer clients the best possible prices.
Support and mentor staff to enhance their technical and sales skills.
Collect and act on client feedback to improve our offerings.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (preferably with a web or software development company only).
Proven sales experience with strong insights into client behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying client pain points and suggesting relevant solutions.
Professional, approachable attitude with excellent networking skills (LinkedIn).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful with great research skills and client communication.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
