Job description
What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for tea bag product placements across offices, corporate campuses, and institutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings tailored to corporate requirements.
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to drive recurring business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Regional Language is a plus.
Familiarity with Pune/Chennai/Indore corporate ecosystem is preferred.
