Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer Consultant in Mobile Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Intune and Azure. This person will create and maintain secure and scalable solutions for managing mobile devices, applications, and data. The Engineer will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to develop solutions that support and grow our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy policies, profiles, compliance settings, and app protection policies for mobile devices and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot device and app issues, as well as report on device and app status and compliance.
Deploy Intune MDM across platforms like iOS, Android, and Windows.
Work on Mobike Device integration from other platforms (Workspace)
Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party solutions
Manage Multi-Tenant M365 clients
Analyze, develop, and communicate feedback on the onboarding process and technology improvement
Assist with configuring onboarding tools and processes for Windows 10 and Windows 11
Administer Active Directory, including Group Policies
Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues
Support user in Enrolment of device via Company Portal.
Required Skills:

Ability to configure tenant from scratch.
Expertise in kiosk setup and corporate mobile deployments.
Knowledge of enrollment types in Intune for iOS and Android.
Expert knowledge of ABM and KNOX.
Understanding of APNs and VPP.
Proficiency in Azure AD enterprise applications, SSO, and Conditional Access.
Familiarity with Graph API for reporting and automation.
Knowledge of tunnel configuration, issues, and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Linux for tunnel servers.
Experience with Intune and Defender for Mobile implementations.
Proficiency in Conditional Access (CA) policies.
Awareness of competitive mobile solutions like VMware Workspace ONE and other enterprise mobility management (EMM) platforms.
Mandatory Skills MDM:

Microsoft Intune Mobile device Management (iOS, Android and Tablets : Corp and BYOD).
Azure Conditional Access.
ABM and Knox management.
Defender for Mobile Understanding
Understanding of other Mobile techs : Workspace UEM etc.
Qualifications – External

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
End-to-end knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console.
Proficiency in scripting languages.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management.
Experience in customer support, product support, IT admin support, consulting, or solutions architecture.
Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite).
Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch Acc, MAG, and other integration components.
Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern Workplace offering.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software applications using the latest React, Java and Spring Boot technologies in cloud (Azure/OCI)
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
Create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems
Perform analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
Propose sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
Contribute to code reviews and automated testing to maintain code quality and improve efficiency
Provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures
Own all aspects of product development by following compliance and security best practices
Review tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure code quality
Assist in documenting production support processes in the cloud environment and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and delivery in cloud (Azure/OCI)
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure alignment and transparency
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications – External

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience
Knowledge of Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles and best practices in web application development. Familiarity with concepts such as authentication, authorization, data encryption, secure coding practices, and protection against common web vulnerabilities like cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and SQL injection
Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL, including knowledge of SQL queries, database design principles, and the ability to interact with databases from Java applications
Testing and quality assurance: Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, or Selenium for writing and executing tests, as well as understanding the importance of code quality and test coverage
Familiarity with Springboot Microservices Architecture: Understanding of the principles and concepts of microservices architecture. Knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying scalable and loosely coupled microservices. This includes familiarity with API gateways, service discovery, load balancing, fault tolerance, and communication patterns such as REST and message queues
Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, including concepts like sprints, user stories, and backlog management
Understanding of Software Development Principles: Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Proficiency in Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems like Git, including knowledge of branching, merging, resolving conflicts, and utilizing Git workflows effectively
Proven ability to apply these principles to build scalable and maintainable Java applications
Proven debugging and problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug code, identify and fix issues, and find solutions to problems
Proven collaboration and communication: Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders
Proven continuous learning mindset: Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices, as well as staying updated with the latest trends in software development
Proven solid development background on full stack end-to-end technologies – both front end and back end. React, Javascript, Java, Spring Boot tech stacks, CI/CD, Cloud
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze problems, break them down into smaller tasks, and come up with effective solutions
Proven attention to detail: Paying close attention to details, writing clean and maintainable code, and following coding standards and best practices
