US IT recruiter, or IT Recruiter, focuses on finding and placing IT professionals in companies within the United States. They are responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities of a US IT Recruiter:
Understanding Client Needs:They work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific skillsets, experience, and cultural fit required for open positions.
Sourcing and Screening Candidates:They use various methods to find suitable candidates, including online job boards, networking, and LinkedIn. They screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting Interviews:They conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
Negotiating Offers:They negotiate salary and benefits with successful candidates.
Onboarding:They assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
