About Us:

We’re a fast-growing software boutique based in Surat, building a high-quality, remote engineering team. Our focus is on exceptional talent, collaboration, and continuous learning. To help us scale, we’re looking for a talented Technical Recruiter (full-time or freelance) to own our hiring process end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Manage postings and sourcing across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
Identify, screen, and schedule interviews with high-potential candidates.
Actively reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels based on defined criteria.
Conduct initial intro calls to excite candidates about our mission and screen for basic fit.
Maintain clear, professional communication (verbal & written) with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Leverage basic technical understanding to filter and shortlist suitable applicants.
Own, innovate and drive the recruitment process with self-motivation and a resourceful attitude.
Requirements:

Prior experience recruiting software engineers (agency or in-house).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy; able to understand software stack basics and assess talent fit.
Proactive, organized, and self-driven.
Experience with remote teams is a plus.
Location: Remote (open to candidates across India, Surat-based preferred but not required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
