We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and closing candidates using their own database/network. This is a target-driven and performance-based opportunity, ideal for recruiters who have strong industry connections and can deliver on-time closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates based on specific job requirements provided

Use own candidate database, job boards, or network to identify quality profiles

Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding

Ensure quality and timely closures to meet monthly joiner targets

Maintain regular communication and reporting on progress and pipeline

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per month
