Admission Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
Conduct admissions presentations, campus tours, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
Review and evaluate applications for admission and make recommendations based on institutional criteria.
Participate in recruitment travel, college fairs, high school visits, and virtual events.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the admissions CRM system.
Collaborate with academic departments and student services to support applicant needs.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in the planning and execution of open houses, admitted student days, and orientation programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software (CRM experience preferred).
Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
