Appointment Setter

Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Process)

Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in US-based cold calling or appointment setting

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in handling US outbound calling, especially in lead generation and appointment setting. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who are disciplined, results-driven, and confident on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market
Present and explain company services in a clear, compelling manner
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
Accurately record call outcomes and update lead statuses in CRM
Follow provided scripts while adapting to live call scenarios
Consistently meet weekly performance targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience in the US market

Ability to work UK / US shifts (EST/PST time zone preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹53,693.47 per month
