Job Description:
Digital360Shop is looking for experienced Appointment Setters (freelance/part-time) who are skilled in cold calling and B2B lead generation. Your role will be to connect with local businesses across Lucknow and nearby cities, pitch our digital marketing services, and schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads on your own through online directories, referrals, local networks, or field visits
Call business owners, decision-makers (CEO/Founder/Marketing Heads) and explain Digital360Shop’s offerings
Qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team
Maintain daily activity logs and share call summaries
Follow up with prospects when required
What We Offer:
₹500/- per qualified appointment (with decision-maker only)
₹2,000/- commission per successful sale
Flexible working hours — work from home or on-ground
High-performing setters will be considered for a full-time role
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and basic English
Good understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Websites) is a plus
Must be self-driven, professional, and result-oriented
Should be able to generate their own leads from Lucknow and nearby areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
