ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Project Assistant Manager will ensure efficient project execution and tracking of Pan India Scholarship Programmes through effective coordination ,communication and collaboration.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Implementation- Kotak Kanya Scholarship

To support the Selection process of the KK Scholars. To ensure that deserving candidates are selected.
To ensure 100% implementation and attendance in student engagement activities.
To ensure effective mentoring and guidance to Scholars.
To ensure zero dropout of students from the project.
Project reporting & control:

● Data Management-

● Documentation – reports and Ppts

● Prepare qualitative case studies and student profiles of the students as and when required

Stakeholder Management

● Establishing collaboration and creating new partnerships with reputed educational institutes of India.

● Identification of new stakeholders as and when required.

● Ensuring Timely Deliverables from Scholarship Implementation Partner and Background Verification Agency through Effective Coordination

Team Management

● AM will be responsible for managing a team of at least two members.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Qualification

Post-graduation or relevant qualification in Social Sciences/Social Work/Education or other relevant degrees

Years of Experience

7+ Years in social sector, project planning or educational sector, experience of working with youth is a must

Age

28+ years

WORK SKILLS

● Self- starter, proactive in finding solutions

● Excellent written and conversation skills in English

● Ability to work on project implementation with ownership

● Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to implement the project in collaborative manner

● Experience of working on a digital platform or willingness to learn

● Strong computer and technology skills, with familiarity in using computer and web based applications (Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel, online portals for MIS)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for counselling, presentation, public speaking, negotiation and interpersonal skills

The job can involve working conditions that include 8 hour shifts between 8 am to 8 pm, depending upon the availability of the students

Pay: ₹47,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
