Assistant Sales Manager – IT Hardware

We are leading OEM manufacturer of high-quality laptop batteries, serving IT resellers, distributors, and enterprise clients across India. We pride ourselves on product innovation, service reliability, and deep market understanding in the IT hardware segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B and channel sales of laptop batteries across South India.
Identify, onboard, and manage IT hardware distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
Coordinate with internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely deliveries and post-sales support.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meets.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
3–8 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably laptop components/accessories.
Strong network of channel partners in South India.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
