Associate Sales – IT Software
Pre-requisite
Qualification: BCA / BSc. IT / BTech with MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent sales training or certification
Location: Mumbai
Type: Full time and Work from Office
Experience: MBA Fresher or Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience as sales positions in IT companies

Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Presentation Skills (for conducting demos)
Research and Analytics Skills (for sales support)
Responsibilities
Schedules discovery calls/ introduction meetings/ demos Conduct impactful calls / meetings / product demos with prospects & do necessary arrangements before the meeting i.e. prepare pre-call / meeting checklist as per the company’s format, software testing.
Have to share the meeting invites once the meeting is confirmed.
Directly assist AVP with research, prospecting, lead qualification follow-up, meeting scheduling, demo setup, proposal/presentation preparation, minutes of the meeting, gap analysis, CRM updates for AVP’s pipeline, internal coordination for AVP’s deals.
Follow ups with existing prospects and repeat follow ups· Update product presentations as per the instructions provided and keep them in sync with all other presentations
Research and collate data for upcoming events, exhibition, and awards list where our product can market it. Attend and get relevant leads from such events
Participate in team meeting & give suggestion for a better plan.
Database sorting and analysis based on the industry and target market identified
Maintains >95% accuracy and completeness in Zoho CRM
Sales PR activities reminders to the AVPs for sending regular updates to the prospects related to products, company, wishing birthdays, work anniversary and so on
Market Research & Analysis – Source and analyze the required data for the desired market research
Competitor Analysis – Study of competitors and making a report with the help of sales manager
Follow up and Co-ordinate with accounts team and respective party for invoicing
Follow up with legal team and client / vendor / channel partner for legal agreement.
Schedule meetings for the same and follow pre & post meeting process.
Get the final agreement stamp and signed by the respective parties.
Sending daily reports regularly and have to report manager all the task performed at the start and end of the day
Support the Sales Department and team members in all aspects from lead to closures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
