The firm was founded by a seasoned investment professional with several years of experience conducting detailed financial and investment due-diligence along with investigative research for international alternative investment and M&A advisory firms. The firm recently secured backing from a US based family office and is looking to scale rapidly over the near future.

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with experience in selling B2B services, ideally in or adjacent to the financial services sector. The specialist will perform sales and telemarketing activities, including but not limited to, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, scheduling meetings, initial client qualification, and database management. The individual would also identify, utilize and supervise AI sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and emails to investment firms, advisors, and institutions. Introduce and represent the firm’s during the outreach.
Schedule meetings and demos for senior leadership
Assist in post-meeting follow up materials as required
Manage and update CRM with detailed call notes and lead status
Refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance
Research prospects to tailor communication
Follow up with inbound leads and nurture cold leads
Achieve weekly outreach and lead qualification targets
Qualifications

1–5 years of B2B telemarketing or inside sales experience
Prior experience selling services to investment banks, Family Offices, Wealth Management firms, RIAs, PE/VC firms, or other financial institutions is a strong plus
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Confident phone and personal presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Organized, target-driven, and persistent
Familiarity with any CRM systems
Comfortable working in US working hours.
Preferred

Knowledge of financial services or investment banking
Experience working with international clients (especially US/UK)
Compensation

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
