Business analyst

We are looking to bring on board an Business Analyst with a strong technical background in AI/ML. This role requires someone who can act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, helping to define, shape, and support AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will not only be technically sound but also possess strong communication and analytical skills. You may occasionally join client or pre-sales calls to assist in solution discussions and technical scoping.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/ML projects.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Participate in client discussions and sales calls to support solutioning with clear, business-friendly explanations of technical capabilities.
Define success metrics and support project delivery through testing, validation, and feedback loops.
Stay updated on AI/ML trends and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven environments.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, use cases, and lifecycle.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, wireframes, and functional specs.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to data pipelines, model evaluation, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
