Chat support executive

We are urgently looking for ” Customer Support Executive” in Malad Mindspace

Salary- 25k to 36k plus incentives plus OT

Hsc with 6months or Graduate fresher will do.

5days working and 2 rotational off.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
