Client Acquisition Executive

Join Our Dream Team as Client Acquisition Associate – Staffing/Recruitment!
Location: Work From Home
Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment sales or business development ( Must have experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

BusinessDevelopment & Lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
ClientRelationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
RevenueGrowth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
MarketResearch: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
Proposal ad Pitch Development: Craft compelling proposals and pitches that win new business and impress clients.
TeamCollaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and objectives.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in recruitment sales, business development, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment industry trends, practices, and software.
