Client Communication & Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with clients and requires the ability to manage both outgoing and incoming communication, along with schedule coordination.

Role Progression Overview:

Weeks 1–2: Outgoing Calls
The primary responsibility during the initial training period will be making outgoing calls to clients to schedule appointments. This allows the team member to become familiar with our systems, therapists, and scheduling structure in a more controlled environment.

Weeks 3–4: Incoming Calls
Once the individual has a solid understanding of the therapists, schedules, and client needs, they will begin handling incoming calls. This requires a more dynamic response ability and deeper familiarity with our services, as calls may vary in nature.

After 30 Days: Schedule Management
In the following phase, responsibilities will expand to include creating and managing therapist schedules — for example, building a new schedule when a new therapist joins the team.

Ongoing Tasks:

Monitoring and responding to client inquiries via email and text.
Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
Supporting administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and enjoys engaging with people in a supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
