Content Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Team Lead to manage our team of content writers and oversee the delivery of high-quality, engaging content across websites, blogs, and social media. You’ll be responsible for assigning tasks, reviewing work, maintaining content standards, and collaborating with SEO, design, and project teams to ensure everything aligns with client objectives and brand tone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of content writers
Plan, assign, and track content writing tasks
Review and edit content for clarity, tone, and accuracy
Ensure timely delivery of all content pieces
Collaborate with SEO, design, and project managers
Write or edit content when required
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in content writing or content management
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience in team coordination or leadership
Strong organisational and deadline-management skills
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Preferred:

Experience working in an agency setting
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, ClickUp, Notion, or similar
Understanding of different content types and tones across industries
