Job Description :

Position: Deputy Head – Country Sales and Services

Education: 1 st Class in Mechanical Engineering (BE / M. Tech)

Diploma/ Postgraduate diploma in management.

Experience:

 Minimum 3 years in managing a sales team of more than 10 members.

 Industry experience in sales of consumer goods and managing the tooling

industry, metal, and woodworking industries would be desirable.

 Experience in handling Key customers and dealers essentially.

 Managing to collect the receivables with customers/dealers within the period as

per company standards.

 Computer Skills – Must have knowledge of MS suites and Knowledge of SAP –

ERP would be desirable.

 Must have good communication (Read & write) in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

 Should have a pleasant personality to be able to interact with top management at

key customers, owners, and other managerial personnel

 Must be willing to travel excessively across the country and develop the business

 Must not have changed jobs more than 2 jobs in the last 7 years, as the company

looks to have employees for the long term.

 Must be drawing a current salary of Rs 12 lac per annum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
