Full Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist for a Dubai-based company who not only develops innovative content strategies but also has hands-on skills in graphic design and/or video editing. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and content creation, ensuring that our brand storytelling, visuals, and creative assets engage our target audience effectively.
As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for conceptualising high-impact marketing content, designing engaging visuals, and/or editing videos for multiple platforms. You will work closely with content creators, social media managers, and brand teams to execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development & Strategy
Develop data-driven content strategies that align with brand positioning and audience preferences.
Create storytelling frameworks to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
Research market trends and competitors to ensure content remains innovative and impactful.
Hands-On Graphic Design and Video Editing
Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Edit and produce video content optimized for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and visual identity.
Adapt existing content for various platforms and formats.
Performance & Optimization
Analyze content performance metrics (engagement rates, conversion rates) and optimize creative assets.
Conduct A/B testing on visuals and messaging to enhance impact.
Stay updated on the latest trends in design, video editing, and digital storytelling.
Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate closely with copywriters, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive creative strategy.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Provide creative direction and guidelines to external content creators when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, graphic design, or video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
Experience in designing ads, social media content, branding assets, and marketing visuals.
Ability to edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing and the impact of creative assets on engagement and conversions.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Portfolio mandatory
Asana proficiency
3D Rendering & Design – product, environment, and mockup visuals in 3D
Creative Designer – strong concept development, art direction, and visual storytelling
Typography – solid grasp of font pairing, proportions, and visual hierarchy
Ad Creation – effective static/video assets for Meta, Google, etc.
Ad Library Research – able to find content ideas via Meta Ads Library, Behance, Pinterest, etc.
Proactive mindset – brings creative ideas and benchmarks without waiting for detailed briefs
Organised – clean file management, proper versioning, deadline-oriented
Light Motion Design – animations for ads and social (After Effects, Figma, Lottie)
Branding Awareness – understands brand identity and applies it consistently across visuals
