Customer Relationship Executive (Remote)

We are seeking a Tele-Caller to join our team as Customer Engagement Vertical. As a Tele-Caller one will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with existing customers & driving sales growth through effective communication & customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

– Build relationships with existing customers, address their queries & ensure customer satisfaction.

– Manage customer interactions, resolve issues & provide timely support.

– Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

– Prior experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the pharma industry.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong customer service skills and ability to handle rejection.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

– Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Languages: Kannada (Mandatory) + English+ Hindi
