Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·Customer Relationship Executive (E-Channel Sales)

o Provide exceptional sales and service support through digital platforms.

o Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as per business requirements.

o Address and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat.

o Ensure timely follow-ups and maintenance of client records.

o Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Mandatory: Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)

· Communication Skills:

o Fluent in English & Hindi for CRT roles.

o Proficiency in Tamil/Telugu along with English for E-Channel roles (both Male and Female candidates welcome).

o Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Experience:

o Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years) are welcome to apply.

o Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

·Shift Timings:

o For Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24/7).

o For Female Candidates: Day rotational shift (No shifts beyond 8:30 PM).

o RIO (10 AM to 7:30 PM) and E-Channel (9:30 AM to 7:30 PM) fixed shifts.

· Work Schedule:

o 5 days a week.

o 2 rotational off-days.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
