Customer Service Representative (Spanish)
We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Experience Level: 1+ years
Job Location: Work-from-home opportunity
Shift: Night shift/US shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)
Salary: ₹20,000/- to 25,000/- per month
Joining Requirement: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must have experience in the Voice process – (USA).
Candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
Interact with Spanish-speaking customers through inbound/outbound calls.
Maintain high-quality standards in every customer interaction.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information at all times.
