Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to mutual funds via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Update customer records and escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team.
Job Details:
Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: 2 rotational week-offs
Salary:
Fresher: ₹16,200 (in-hand), ₹20,700 (CTC)
Experienced: ₹21,000 (in-hand), ₹25,000 (CTC)
Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of a graduate.
Experience:
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of mutual funds or finance (preferred but not mandatory).
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
