Position: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with doctors and clinic staff
Resolve queries related to our OPD software and services
Provide onboarding support and training to new doctor clients
Document and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams
Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with doctors
Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software features
Prior experience in healthcare/health-tech support preferred
Patience, empathy, and ability to deal with busy medical professionals
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
