Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, create reports, and deliver insights that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Design and run SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Create and maintain documentation of data definitions, models, and reporting logic
Support data governance and data quality initiatives
Assist in A/B testing, predictive analytics, and ad hoc analysis
Having product mindset
Synthetic data preparation for healthcare and other industries
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL and one or more analytics tools (e.g., ANSI SQL, Python, Excel)
Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Healthcare domain knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Exposure to statistical modeling and/or machine learning
Industry experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce)
Product development experience

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
