Driver Engagement Specialist

As we expand our operations pan-India, we are looking for full-time entry-level managers to join our regional team as Driver Engagement Specialists during the year 2024 (contract duration – until Dec.31, 2024). We welcome applicants who are ready to undertake the responsibility for driver acquisition and engagement in the following cities: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Surat.

More about the role of a Driver Engagement Specialist

DES is responsible for attracting active users in a given location through formation and management of teams of offline and online acquisition agents (recruiters). The job holder will also be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing different market-related data, etc. DAS participates in different daily and weekly meetings and collaborates with other teams within the organization.

What you will do:

search, interview, hire, onboard and train field and online agents;
prepare different communication scripts;
track call quality of online agents and retrain them when necessary;
defines and ensure necessary activities to implement acquisitions plans;
collect and analyze various data collected in the field and/or through company data tools;
define and ensure necessary activities to prepare for city launches;
designs and conduct city, driver, passenger surveys;
constantly collect and submit app bug reports;
constantly monitor and submit competitor operations reports;
participate in office launches in new cities;
travel to other locations within the country
What we expect from you:

fluent English
command of Hindi is a plus;
team management skills and experience (experience managing field teams of 10+ people);
experience in retention and activation;
experience in project management is a plus;
experience in sales;
knowledge of marketing tools;
analytical mindset for a data-driven approach to business tasks;
experience in sales / marketing;
good with numbers and have command of Google Sheets formulae;
experience pitching a new product and writing efficient sales scripts.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
