Job Description: Educational Counsellor – Global

Location: Remote (Work from Home – Pan India)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, Sunday Fixed Off
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (as per business requirements for global outreach) Experience: Minimum 6 Months of EdTech experience is mandatory
Qualification: 12th & Above
Salary: ₹5,50,000 P.A. + Unlimited Incentive
Age Limit: 35 years

As a Global Educational Counsellor, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive support and guidance to aspiring students and their parents, helping them achieve their academic aspirations worldwide and excel in core subjects by enrolling in our specialized K1 to K12 mathematics courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Student & Parent Counseling and Sales:
Conduct in-depth and personalized counseling sessions with students and their parents to thoroughly understand their academic background, career goals, interests, and financial capabilities.
Effectively counsel and persuade students and parents on the benefits and value of our K1 to K12 mathematics courses, aligning them with their academic needs and goals.
Achieve enrollment targets for our mathematics programs through effective counseling and sales techniques.
Provide expert and up-to-date information on various international universities, diverse courses, admission requirements, intricate application processes, and scholarship opportunities across multiple countries.
Strategically guide students in selecting the most suitable programs and universities that precisely align with their profiles and ambitious goals.
Comprehensive Application Management:
Oversee and assist students with the entire application process for international admissions, including meticulously filling out application forms, preparing essential and compelling documents and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Offer precise guidance on standardized tests as required by the target universities.
Strong Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain robust, trusting relationships with students and parents, providing continuous and empathetic support throughout their entire educational journey.
Liaise effectively and professionally with universities and educational institutions globally to facilitate seamless student admissions and expertly resolve any complex queries.
Advanced Market Knowledge & Research:
Stay profoundly informed about global education trends, new and innovative programs, emerging study destinations, and critical changes in admission policies.
Actively research and gather extensive information on a wide array of international universities and courses to provide unparalleled and comprehensive guidance.
Detailed Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed records of all student interactions, course enrollments, applications, and progress.
Prepare regular and insightful reports on student inquiries, mathematics course sales, applications, conversions, and other key performance indicators as required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in the EdTech sector as an Educational Counsellor or in a similar role.
Minimum 12th Grade qualification; Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) is critical for global communication.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive sales skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Highly empathetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about guiding students towards their academic success.
Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, video conferencing tools, internet research, email).
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts to cater to a global student base across different time zones.
