Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or B.Ed. (English); Master’s preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to Primary students, fostering a love for reading and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the curriculum
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet students’ varying needs
Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide regular feedback
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, and drama
Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and professional development
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory
Prior experience in teaching English in a school setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Familiarity with State Board curriculum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
