Position Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Specialist to drive international business growth by acquiring new customers, distributors, and partners in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and importers in international markets.
Develop and execute strategic market penetration plans across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Manage all inbound international inquiries via email, B2B platforms, and calls.
Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas clients.
Coordinate closely with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and export documentation.
Represent the company in global trade exhibitions, virtual expos, and B2B platforms (Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.).
Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Monitor global market trends, competitor pricing, and export opportunities.
Maintain detailed weekly/monthly reports on leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Ensure all activities comply with international trade laws and export regulations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of successful experience in export sales or international business development.
Strong global network and experience in markets like the Middle East, Africa, Europe, or Asia.
Solid understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and freight coordination.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using B2B platforms like Alibaba, Tradekey, Global Sources, etc.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
