Freelance Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Freelance Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for entry to mid-level positions. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements shared by clients and source candidates accordingly
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closures
Utilize multiple sourcing channels like job portals, social media, references, and local databases
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability
Manage bulk hiring drives or walk-in interviews as needed
Maintain a tracker of candidates shared, shortlisted, interviewed, and selected
Meet hiring targets within deadlines
Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring
Familiarity with hiring for roles like: field sales, telecallers, delivery executives, customer service, back office, etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,200.19 – ₹42,383.80 per month
