Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead – B2B Executive Coaching (Freelance, Full-Time Equivalent)

The Opportunity: We have excellent content creation (videos, podcasts) and active social media, attracting engagement and website visitors. However, we need a strategic powerhouse to bridge the gap between engagement and client acquisition. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can define our overall narrative, ensure our content resonates deeply, and build the conversion funnels that directly translate interest into paying clients. This is a full-time equivalent freelance role where your strategic impact will be immediately felt and critical to our success in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Narrative & Brand Storytelling: Work closely with the founder to define and articulate our unique “Adventure Coaching” brand story, value proposition, and core messaging that resonates with executive leaders.
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive, data-driven content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podcasts, and our website blog. Collaborate closely with and provide strategic direction to our existing content creation (video) and social media posting teams, ensuring all content aligns with strategic goals and clear calls-to-action aimed at qualified lead generation.
Digital Marketing & Conversion Funnel Management: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads, directly accelerating the sales pipeline.
This includes:
Lead magnet development and deployment.
Email marketing strategy and automation for lead nurturing.
Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and recommend/manage implementation of improvements to increase conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
Strategic social media engagement (beyond just posting).
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content engagement,
qualified lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
Provide regular, actionable insights to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate marketing’s
direct contribution to client acquisition and revenue.
Sales Alignment & Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder (the closer) to optimize lead quality, ensure a seamless hand-off, and maximize the conversion of marketing-generated leads into enrolled clients.
Partnership Exploration (Initial Stage): Identify and explore potential strategic partnerships that align with our “adventure coaching” vision and could expand our market reach.What We’re Looking For (Mandatory Requirements & Key Qualities):
Experience & Strategic Acumen: 5+ years of direct, hands-on responsibility for developing and executing B2B digital marketing strategies and growth initiatives for high-value services (e.g., executive coaching, consulting, education). We need someone who can translate business objectives into actionable, revenue-focused marketing strategies and measurable campaigns, demonstrating strategic ownership beyond just execution.
Commercial Acumen & Sales Focus: A strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how strategic marketing directly drives client acquisition and revenue. You are motivated by tangible business outcomes (qualified leads, client acquisition, ROI) and understand that marketing’s ultimate goal is to fuel sales.
Exceptional Storytelling & Branding: A compelling talent for crafting powerful narratives and strong brand messaging that deeply resonates with executive audiences and effectively translates into qualified leads and customer action. Your application and portfolio should vividly demonstrate your storytelling capabilities across various digital channels (video scripts, compelling website copy, social media campaigns).
Demonstrable Track Record: A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing your direct responsibility for building and optimizing digital marketing funnels, content strategies, and campaigns that resulted in measurable business growth. Quantifiable achievements and their impact on revenue are essential.
Digital Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and CRO tools.
Startup & Freelance Mindset: Highly autonomous, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable identifying and driving solutions independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment as a freelance partner. You are eager to build and optimize processes from the ground up.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear strategic direction and collaborate effectively with a remote team and directly with the founder/closer.
