Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential and existing customers to present company products and services
Qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations virtually
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Build strong customer relationships for long-term business growth
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales strategies
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, prospects, and customer interactions
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2–6 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
