Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, be able to convert leads into revenue, and build long-term client relationships. This role involves working closely with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, inbound inquiries, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products/services to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture and convert leads.
Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and deals using CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
2 – 6 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong ability to identify prospects, convert leads into customers, and manage the full sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
