Inside Sales Executive – B2B Outreach

We are seeking a driven and energetic B2B Inside Sales Associate with a passion for outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and building relationships with decision-makers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying key business opportunities, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel.

We’re looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a hunter mentality—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by targets and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to B2B decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, and managers), confidently navigating gatekeepers and objections.
Approach each call with confidence, resilience, and a sense of humor—you’re not afraid of a little rejection and thrive on turning a “no” into a future opportunity.
Prospecting & Research:

· Hunt for leads like a detective: Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, and CRM data to build your pipeline.

· Find emails/phone numbers others can’t (no spoon-fed leads).

Closing & CRM Hygiene:

· Pitch, qualify, and close deals over calls/emails.

· Log all activity in CRM with military precision.

Targets:

· Hit weekly/monthly quotas for calls and qualified meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Experience: 1–5 years in cold-calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (freshers with hustle can apply!).
✔ Skills:

· Voice of a radio host, persistence of a bulldog.

· Google-Fu expert (you can find anyone’s email in 2 minutes).

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools
✔ Mindset:

· Loves a challenge—rejection fuels you.

· Self-starter who owns their targets (no micromanagement needed).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
