We are looking for high-energy International Sales Executives with exceptional communication skills for developing and executing sales strategies in international markets, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and cultural adaptability skills, along with a solid understanding of international business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Developing New Business: Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to international audiences.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to support sales efforts.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in international sales, business development, or a related field.
International Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, cultures, and business practices.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different cultures and work effectively in diverse environments.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and potentially other relevant languages.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software and sales process management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex sales-related issues.
Travel Willingness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific)
