As a Mid Business Analyst at WeAssemble, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with clients, engineers, marketers, and other creatives to allocate resources and ensure deadlines are met. Responsibilities

Analyzing product performance and redesigning as required
Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release
Developing the product strategy and roadmap
Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing the product life cycle as a Business Analyst
Experience working with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA or other Product management software
Experience with wireframing, prototyping and flowcharting tools such as Figma or Vision
Working knowledge of APIs and relevant tools such as Postman
Hands on experience with tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & Facebook Pixel
Qualities:

Ability to ensure product development is on track and adjust schedules as required
Understanding of UX and experience working with design teams
Established process of requirement gathering
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Google slide.
Effective organization and time-management skills
Excellent and regular communication
Stakeholders expectation management
Ability to define KPIs based on business requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong decision making
Ability to empathize with the consumer and gather consumer input on products and conduct market research
Proactive, prudent and creative thinking
Ability to think strategically and prioritize in an ambiguous environment
Strong attention to detail
Good to have:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with mid-level or more expertise in data manipulation tools like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, etc
Experience with product lifecycle management tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
