About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Hardware Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting IT hardware products like laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and accessories to B2B customers. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for IT hardware solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product configurations.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong interest in IT hardware sales and customer interaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude.
Education:

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

B.Tech (any branch, preferably with IT/Computer focus)
B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
BCA
BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies)
