IT/ITES Sales Lead Conversion Managers

Craft and execute innovative lead generation strategies to capture and convert high-quality leads.

· Engage with potential overseas clients through emails and outbound calls to understand their unique needs, offering customized, cutting-edge service solutions.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

· Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and stay ahead in the industry

· Collaborate with senior leadership regularly to determine direction and pace of marketing and sales strategy

· Work closely with marketing and production teams to optimize offerings and enhance customer experiences.

What you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

· Strong written and oral communication skills in English

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

· At least 2-3 years’ experience in selling to overseas/native English-speaking clients, specifically in lead generation and conversion

· Strong research skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas through easy-to-understand reports

· Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools

· Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative and work independently

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
